Family, baby and maternity portraits

I have extensive experience of photographing family and maternity portraits, with individuals or small groups, in black and white and in colour.  I love eyes, expressions and laughter in equal measure. These form the focus of my images and this is what I will capture for you.

Most family and maternity portrait photoshoots take place at my home-based studio in Ealing, but I am happy to operate in your own home too or on location.  I work in Ealing, Chiswick, Kew, Richmond and all around West London and South West London. The length of a session varies according to your needs, but an hour is typical.  I will consult with you beforehand about what you love most in images, so that your session is tailored to you. I will also provide detailed advice on how to prepare and what to war for your photoshoot. 

Whether it is for pregnancy, babies, young children, teenagers, or adults, your photoshoot will be a fun experience with lots of laughter, chatting and playing around. Photographing individuals or family portraits is a real joy and I want to give you images for you to treasure.

I love engaging with people of all different stages in life and will create the right atmosphere for you to enjoy your session.  Your pregnancy photoshoot is an opportunity to stop and cherish the moment, feel beautiful, and have a relaxing time whilst I produce some gorgeous fine art images for you.  Your newborn photoshoot is all about taking time out to dote on your little one in a calm place whilst I create beautiful baby pictures to capture this special stage for you. There is never a rush. For little and older children, your family photoshoot is time for tickling each other, giggling, letting balloons off, hiding behind each other, lying on big beanbags, swinging on stools, or sometimes just looking cool. It is up to you, I will take my cue from you. My job is to make you feel at home and capture you at your best - this is what I am good at.

Within a week of the session I will present you with around 50 emotive images in a variety of styles.  These can be viewed in a password protected album on this site, from which you can choose your favourite pictures.  Ordering and payment can all be done online.
